Brunch at Bu Trinity

I tagged along with my blogger friends for a sumptuous dinner at Bu Trinity in World Trade Center, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Paul Ramos aka @thestylechoreo is sweet enough to share this experience with us Pauline @pauuliepocket. Brunch with awesome choice of Latin- American cuisine.
It was a sweet treat for a first timer like me. The Hub at WTC has a variety of different restaurant to choose from and Bu Trinity is one of them.
We we’re welcomed sweetly by the management and our waiter is so cool. We got to know every detail of the food we had.
MENU
We were given a menu and got to order drinks as we wait for the starters.
Red Sangria
I was up for Sangria that night, great drink, great props! haha
STARTERS
Pulpo Enamorado
It is bit spicy due to mix of Jalapeno and Red Onion but tolerable and undeniably delicious.
Pollo Pibil
Chicken and avocado mixed is also great.
Wasabi Trufado
It was served with an ice underneath to keep it fresh.

Obviously, we had fun dancing and taking loads of photos that when we came back to table, dessert was already melting. My bad!
Would I recommend this to anyone? Pretty much, Oh yes!
